Ingredients
  

  • 8 nos Tortillas
  • 1 nos Carrot / காரெட் - grated
  • 1 nos Beetroot - grated (optional)
  • 1 nos Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - grated
  • ½ cup Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - cut lengthwise
  • 1 nos Capsicum / குடை மிளகாய் - cut lengthwise
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 50 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்
  • 2 inch cube Paneer - grated
  • 2 tbsp Jalapeño - sliced
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry ginger, garlic paste
  • Add onion and fry until transparent
  • Add potato, carrot, beetroot, green peas, capsicum and sauté well
  • Add red chili powder, paneer, salt, little water and mix well and cook till all water evaporates
  • Allow it to cool
  • Spread the veggie mix, little jalapeño over the tortilla and fold it such that veggie mix does not spill out
  • Heat a pan and toast the folded tortillas by brushing butter over it
  • Cook until the color turns golden brown
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
