Ingredients
  

  • 16 nos Tortillas
  • 200 gm Cheese - grated
  • 4 nos Baby corn
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Corn
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - long sliced
  • 2 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - long sliced
  • 4 nos French Beans, Fresh - chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive / ஆலிவ் - diced
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeño - diced
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum / குடை மிளகாய் - long sliced
  • 2 tbsp Bell Pepper, Red - long sliced
  • 2 tbsp Bell Pepper, Green - long sliced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato / தக்காளி - diced
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • 2 nos Lemon juice / எலுமிச்சை சாறு
  • 2 tbsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Sauté onion, garlic well until transparent
  • Add tomato and sauté until mushy
  • Add all other vegetables, salt and cook well, add water if required
  • Squeeze lemon juice over and mix well
  • Spread cheese over a tortilla
  • Spread cooked vegetables over and again spread cheese
  • Place another tortilla over and press well so that it sticks well
  • Heat a pan and cook on both sides for about a minute
  • Cut the quesadillas into 2 or 4 pieces
  • Serve hot with salsa sauce
