Lunu Miris Sambal
Ingredients
- 1 cup Shallots - peeled
- 3 – 4 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
- 1 nos Lemon / எலுமிச்சம் பழம் - juiced
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு
- 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Sauté shallot, dry red chilli for 2min
- Grind them in to a coarse paste
- Add salt, squeeze lemon juice and mix well
- Serve with pol roti or rice
