Ingredients
  

for Grinding

  • 1 cup Green Moong / பாசிப் பயறு
  • 1 cup Wheat / கோதுமை
  • 1 cup Ragi / கேழ்வரகு
  • 1 cup Boiled Rice / புழுங்கல் அரிசி
  • 1 cup Tapioca
  • ½ cup Fried gram / பொட்டுக் கடலை
  • ½ cup Maize / மக்காச் சோளம்
  • ½ cup Peanut / வேர்க் கடலை
  • ½ cup Horse gram / கொள்ளு
  • 3 nos Cardamom, Green / ஏலக்காய்

for Serving

  • 2 cup Sathu Maavu flour
  • ½ cup Milk / பால்
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery / வெல்லம் - grated
  • 1 tbsp Ghee / நெய்

Instructions
 

for Grinding

  • Fry groundnut and de-skin
  • Fry each ingredients except cardamom separately, allow them to cool
  • Mix all the ingredients well and grind into fine powder, mill griding recommended

for Making

  • Mix flour, jaggery, ghee
  • Add milk little by little and knead into a soft dough
  • Serve immediately
