Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Basmati Rice / பாசுமதி அரிசி - cooked
  • 1 cup Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - sliced
  • 5 nos Garlic / பூண்டு - sliced
  • 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - long slit
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 5 nos Black Pepper / மிளகு
  • 3 nos Cloves / லவங்கம்
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / நெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Add cumin seeds, black pepper, clove and fry well
  • Add onion, garlic, green chili and fry well
  • Add green peas and allow it to cook until tender
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Add cooked basmati rice and toss well
