Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Noodles
  • ¼ cup Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - shredded
  • ¼ cup Carrot / காரெட் - long and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Spring Onion - chopped
  • ¼ cup French Beans, Fresh - chopped
  • ¼ cup Bell Pepper / குடை மிளகாய் - long sliced
  • 2 nos Red Chili, Fresh - chopped
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles until along with 1tsp oil, salt and 2ltr of water
  • Cool it under running water and keep in cold water
  • Heat rest of oil in a pan
  • Add spring onion, red chili and stir fry
  • Add cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, French beans and stir fry well
  • Add noodles and toss well
  • Add soy sauce, salt and stir fry
  • Add vinegar
  • Switch off flame
  • Serve hot
