Cheezy Spicy Baked Potato
Ingredients
- 250 gm Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - cut into wedges, half cooked
- 100 gm Cheese
- 5 ml Chili Sauce
- 5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 gm Rosemary
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Stack half cooked potato wedges in a porcelain pan
- Sprinkle salt over it
- Add ketchup, chili sauce
- Sprinkle rosemary
- Stack cheese over it
- Pre-heat oven t0 220°C
- Bake the potato for 20min
