Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Mint leaves, Fresh / புதீனா இலை
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி
  • 4 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - adjust to your spice level
  • ½ cup Yogurt / தயிர்
  • ½ inch Ginger / இஞ்சி
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Mango powder, Dry
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, cumin into smooth paste, adding very little water
  • Add yogurt, chaat masala, amchur, salt and mix well
