Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Okra / வெண்டைக் காய் - chopped
  • 2 cup Yogurt / தயிர் - whisked
  • ½ tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder / சீரகத் தூள்
  • 1 pinck Black Salt
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Shallow fry okra until crispy
  • Drain oil using a kitchen towel
  • Add red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, salt, crispy okra into yogurt and mix well

Notes

Serve along with rice/rice items
