Okra Raita
Ingredients
- 100 gm Okra / வெண்டைக் காய் - chopped
- 2 cup Yogurt / தயிர் - whisked
- ½ tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
- ½ tsp Cumin powder / சீரகத் தூள்
- 1 pinck Black Salt
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Shallow fry okra until crispy
- Drain oil using a kitchen towel
- Add red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, salt, crispy okra into yogurt and mix well
Notes
Serve along with rice/rice items
