Oven Roasted Baby Carrots
Ingredients
- 10 nos Baby corn
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Lay the carrots over aluminium foil
- Drizzle olive oil, cooking wine, vinegar over carrots
- Sprinkle salt over carrots
- Cover the aluminium foil
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Bake it for 10min
- Bake for another 10min after opening the aluminium foil
