Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 3 nos Japanese Cucumber - thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • ¼ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • ¼ tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame seed, Black / எள்ளு, கருப்பு - white
  • 2 tbsp Seaweed - long thin, optional

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle with salt, mix well, wait 5~10 minutes
  • Squeeze the cucumbers to remove water
  • Mix rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce until dissolved, then add to cucumbers, seaweed
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds
