Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml High Fat Milk
  • 200 ml Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Agar powder - You can use Gelatin too, if you do not have restriction to eat animal extract
  • 1 cup Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 ml Mango pulp

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve agar/gelatin in 2tbsp of cold water/milk
  • In a saucepan heat milk, cream, sugar until sugar dissolves
  • Add mango pulp
  • Add dissolved agar and stir well until agar dissolves evenly
  • Bring to a boil
  • Remove from heat
  • Add vanilla extract, mix well
  • Allow it to cool
  • Fill in small cups, bring to room temperature, refrigerate overnight or at least 4hrs

Notes

Serve cold
