Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Penne Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 1 nos Broccoli - cut into florets
  • 4 nos Baby corn - chopped
  • 2 nos Brussels Sprouts - cut into 4
  • 3 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - chopped
  • 4 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
  • 2 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese - grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook broccoli, brussels sprouts, baby corn for 5~7min in the same water as pasta was cooked
  • Drain and keep aside
  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, red chili, fry well for a min
  • Add tomato, salt, cook until tomato becomes into a puree
  • Add boiled vegetables, mix well
  • Add parmesan cheese, mix well
  • Add pasta, mix well, cook for additional 2min
