Mushroom Creamy Soup
Ingredients
- 250 gm Mushroom / காளான் - chopped
- 3 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
- 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 2 tbsp Celery - chopped
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust according to your taste
- 100 ml Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mushroom, cook closed for 5min
- Reserve a little for garnishing
- Add garlic, onion, cook closed for 5min
- Grind the above into fine paste, sieve if required
- Add vegetable broth, salt, bring to a boil
- Add fresh cream, simmer for 10min
- Add pepper, mix well
- Garnish with celery leaf, reserved mushroom
