Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - boiled, peeled and largely cut
  • 4 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - largely cut
  • 200 gm Paneer - cut into cubes
  • 4 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - largely cut
  • 10 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
  • 1 inch Ginger / இஞ்சி
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 2 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry garlic, ginger, onion till golden brown
  • Add tomato and fry till mushy
  • Allow it to cool
  • Grind the above into a fine paste
  • Pour the ground mixture in a pan and cook it
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt
  • Cook well for about 5~10min
  • Add potato, mix well and cook for 5min
  • Add paneer and mix it well
  • Serve hot with roti, pulka or rice
