Brussels Sprouts with Chestnut
Ingredients
- 400 gm Brussels Sprouts
- 200 gm Chestnut - cooked n shelled
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 50 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்
- 1 tsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
- 1 pinch Thyme leaves, Dry
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a sauce pan
- Add brussels sprouts into it and cook until tender
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add salt, pepper and mix well
- Add chestnut and stir until chestnut get coated with butter
- Add brussels sprouts and mix well
- Cook closed for few min
- Sprinkle dry thyme, mix well
- Serve hot
