Carrot, Coriander Soup
Ingredients
- 250 gm Carrot / காரெட் - randomly chopped
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - , adjust to your taste
- ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
Instructions
- Pressure cook carrot along with stems of coriander for 2~3 whistles
- Blend well and sieve to filer any pieces
- Add vegetable broth, salt and bring to a boil
- Sprinkle pepper powder
- Garnish with coriander leaves
