Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Maida
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Milk / பால்
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Cheese
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - Freshly crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil vegetables (beans, cabbage, carrots, peas etc.) in 6 cups of water for ½ an hour.
  • Strain out and keep aside roughly making it to 4 cups.
  • Melt the butter in a pan .
  • Add maida and mix well .
  • Slowly pour the vegetable stock, mixing the flour smoothly.
  • Cook till the liquid thickens.
  • Divide the cauliflower into sprigs.
  • Add to the liquid.
  • Cook till soft.
  • Top with cream and serve.
  • Cheese can be added just before serving.
