Cheezy Asparagus Fusilli Pasta
Ingredients
- 400 gm Fusilli - cooked until al dente
- 10 nos Asparagus - long cut
- 4 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
- 200 ml Full Cream Milk
- 200 gm Cheese - grated
- 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add garlic, fry well for a min
- Add asparagus, spinkle little salt, sauté well until asparagus turns tender
- Add cream, bring to a boil
- Add cheese, mix well
- Add little water if required
- Add fusilli pasta, salt, mix well, cook for additional 2min
