Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Fusilli - cooked until al dente
  • 10 nos Asparagus - long cut
  • 4 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
  • 200 ml Full Cream Milk
  • 200 gm Cheese - grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, fry well for a min
  • Add asparagus, spinkle little salt, sauté well until asparagus turns tender
  • Add cream, bring to a boil
  • Add cheese, mix well
  • Add little water if required
  • Add fusilli pasta, salt, mix well, cook for additional 2min
