Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
  • 1 cup Milk / பால்
  • 3 tbsp Flax seed - powdered
  • 3 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion / வெங்காயம் - chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato / தக்காளி - chopped
  • 2 tbsp Carrot / காரெட் - grated
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum / குடை மிளகாய் - chopped
  • ½ tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper powder / மிளகுத்தூள்
  • tsp Yeast
  • ½ tsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • tsp Cooking Soda
  • 3 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water, keep it aside for 5min
  • Mix besan, flaxseed powder, green chili, onion, black salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, carrot, capsicum
  • Add yeast solution, cooking soda into the mix and mix well
  • Add milk little by little and make into batter consistency
  • Allow it ot rest for 20min
  • Heat a non stick tawa
  • Pour the batter over tawa and spread into thin circle, by slowly tilting the tawa to make a swirl action
  • Pour oil along the sides of omelette, allow it cook for 1~2min
  • Turn the side and allow it to cook for 1min
  • Serve hot with ketchup
