Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Chinese Yam - peeled n sliced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 100 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Add Chinese yam and sauté until both sides turn golden brown
  • Add soy sauce, lower the flame and cook until soy sauce dries up

Serve hot
