Chinese Yam Sautéed in Butter
Ingredients
- 500 gm Chinese Yam - peeled n sliced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 100 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add Chinese yam and sauté until both sides turn golden brown
- Add soy sauce, lower the flame and cook until soy sauce dries up
