Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Chinese Yam - peeled n grated
  • 1 nos Carrot / காரெட் - grated
  • 1 nos Zucchini - grated
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - diced
  • 4 tbsp Basil leaves, Fresh - chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 2 tsp Green Chili Sauce - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 100 ml Oil / எண்ணெய் - for shallow frying
  • 4 tbsp Besan flour / கடலை மாவு

Instructions
 

  • Mix Chinese yam, carrot, zucchini, onion, basil, garam masala, salt, green chili sauce, olive oil to a
  • Add little besan and knead the mix into a dough
  • Roll the dough into even cylinder
  • Cut them into 1inch pieces
  • Press the pieces to form thin tikkis
  • Shallow fry them in little oil in a pan until both sides turn golden brown
  • Serve hot with coriander chutney
