Chive Oil
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Chive - chopped
- 200 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a vessel
- Blanch chive for 30sec
- Drain into cold water to avoid overcooking
- Dry the chives using kitchen tissues
- Blend them along with oil into a smooth paste
- Filter the oil and store in a closed container
