Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut, Dry / தேங்காய் உலர்ந்தது - desiccated
  • 4 – 5 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil / தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind coconut, garlic, red chili powder in a mixer
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan
  • Add curry leaves and fry crispy
  • Switch off flame
  • Add ground mix, salt to this and mix well
  • Serve with Mumbai Vada Pav
