Dry Garlic Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut, Dry / தேங்காய் உலர்ந்தது - desiccated
- 4 – 5 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil / தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்
- 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Grind coconut, garlic, red chili powder in a mixer
- Heat coconut oil in a pan
- Add curry leaves and fry crispy
- Switch off flame
- Add ground mix, salt to this and mix well
- Serve with Mumbai Vada Pav
