Hakka Noodles
Ingredients
- 400 gm Noodles
- ¼ cup Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - shredded
- ¼ cup Carrot / காரெட் - long and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Spring Onion - chopped
- ¼ cup French Beans, Fresh - chopped
- ¼ cup Bell Pepper / குடை மிளகாய் - long sliced
- 2 nos Red Chili, Fresh - chopped
- ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- ½ tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles until along with 1tsp oil, salt and 2ltr of water
- Cool it under running water and keep in cold water
- Heat rest of oil in a pan
- Add spring onion, red chili and stir fry
- Add cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, French beans and stir fry well
- Add noodles and toss well
- Add soy sauce, salt and stir fry
- Add vinegar
- Switch off flame
- Serve hot
