Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice / அரிசி - cooked
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk / தேங்காய்ப் பால் - Thick
  • 2 cup Coconut Milk / தேங்காய்ப் பால் - Thin
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி
  • 1 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய்
  • ½ cup Jaggery / வெல்லம் - optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend thin coconut milk, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chili well
  • Add to cooked rice and bring to a boil
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Add thick coconut milk mix well and switch off the flame

Notes

Serve hot along with jaggery
