Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Shallots - peeled
  • 3 – 4 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
  • 1 nos Lemon / எலுமிச்சம் பழம் - juiced
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு
  • 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Sauté shallot, dry red chilli for 2min
  • Grind them in to a coarse paste
  • Add salt, squeeze lemon juice and mix well
  • Serve with pol roti or rice
