Maanga Chamandhi
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango, raw / மாங்காய் - peeled n cut
- 1 cup Onion / வெங்காயம் - peeled n cut
- 1 cup Coconut, Fresh / தேங்காய் - grated
- 5~7 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய் - adjust to your spice level
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil / தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Grind mango, onion, coconut, red chili into fine paste
- Add salt and mix well
- Add coconut oil and mix well
Notes
Serve along with any dosa item or rice
