Mixed Vegetable Subji
Ingredients
- 150 gm Cauliflower - cut into flowerets
- 150 gm Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
- 150 gm Bell Pepper / குடை மிளகாய் - long cut
- 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
- 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - finely chopped
- 10 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add onion and garlic and sauté until raw smell goes off
- Add tomatoes sauté until mushy
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix well
- Add all vegetables, salt and mix well
- Add ½water and cook the vegetables till tender
- Serve hot with rice or roti
