Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Mushroom / காளான் - sliced
  • 200 gm Onion / வெங்காயம் - sliced
  • 200 gm Tomato / தக்காளி - chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder / சீரகத் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 cup Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - paste

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Add ginger, garlic paste and fry well
  • Add onion and fry till golden brown
  • Add tomatoes and fry until mushy
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well
  • Add mushrooms, salt, mix and fry well
  • Add little water, if necessary and cook mush room until tender
  • Add garam masala, mix well and cook for additional 2min
  • Add cream mix well
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot with rice or roti
