Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Carrot / காரெட் - peeled, cut lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey / தேன்
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
  • 1 nos Lemon / எலுமிச்சம் பழம்
  • 50 gm Feta Cheese - crumbled (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Arrange carrot over greased foil
  • Add olive oil, honey, vinegar
  • Season with salt, pepper, toss well
  • Pre-heat oven to 200°C
  • Roast for about 25~30min, stir occasionally
  • Add cheese, toss well
  • Squeeze lemon over
