Oven Roasted Carrot Salad
Ingredients
- 500 gm Carrot / காரெட் - peeled, cut lengthwise
- 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey / தேன்
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
- 1 nos Lemon / எலுமிச்சம் பழம்
- 50 gm Feta Cheese - crumbled (optional)
Instructions
- Arrange carrot over greased foil
- Add olive oil, honey, vinegar
- Season with salt, pepper, toss well
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C
- Roast for about 25~30min, stir occasionally
- Add cheese, toss well
- Squeeze lemon over
