Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic and sauté until golden brown
  • Add onion and sauté until golden brown
  • Simmer the flame
  • Add Brussels sprouts and allow it to turn golden brown do not stir for 2min
  • Stir such that Brussels sprouts turn sides and again allow it to turn golden brown do not stir for 2min
  • Add salt and pepper mix well
