Pan fried Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 200 gm Brussels Sprouts
- 1 tbsp Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add garlic and sauté until golden brown
- Add onion and sauté until golden brown
- Simmer the flame
- Add Brussels sprouts and allow it to turn golden brown do not stir for 2min
- Stir such that Brussels sprouts turn sides and again allow it to turn golden brown do not stir for 2min
- Add salt and pepper mix well
