Pol Roti
Ingredients
- 2 cup Maida
- 1 cup Coconut, Fresh / தேங்காய் - grated
- 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - chopped
- 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - chopped
- 50 ml Coconut Milk / தேங்காய்ப் பால்
- 10 nos Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை - chopped
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு
- 2 tbsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Mix maida, coconut, salt, green chili, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves
- Knead along with coconut milk into dough
- Divide into 8 equal balls
- Roll them into circular roti
- Heat a pan in medium flame
- Cook both sides until the surface turn golden brown
- Serve hot with Banana Peppers and Potato in Coconut Milk
