Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - boiled n peeled
  • ½ cup Puffed Rice - powdered
  • ¼ cup Wheat Rava
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
  • ½ tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை - finely chopped
  • 50 ml Oil / எண்ணெய் - to mix
  • 500 ml Oil / எண்ணெய் - to fry

Instructions
 

  • Mash boiled potato without any lumps
  • Mix powdered puff rice, rava, black pepper powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves
  • Add oil little by little, mix well into a thick dough
  • Make small balls and shape into the desired shape
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Fry balls in low flame until golden brown

Notes

Serve hot along with ketchup and/or green chutney
