Roasted Sweet Potato
Ingredients
- 500 gm Sweet Potato / சக்கரவள்ளிக் கிழங்கு - largely cut
- 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt - adjust to your taste
- 2 - 3 leaves Rosemary - chopped
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, olive oil, rosemary, toss well
- Allow it to rest for 10min
- Pre-Heat oven to 210°C
- Transfer sweet potato into an oven-safe plate
- Roast it for 15min
- Toss, again roast it for another 15min
- Garnish with fresh rosemary
