Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Wheat flour (atta)
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped (adjust to your spice level)
  • 1 cup Sour Curd / தயிர் புளித்தது
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்

Instructions
 

  • Mix wheat flour, onion, green chili, sour curd, salt, asafoetida into a batter
  • Heat a pan/tawa
  • Pour little batter to make pancakes of desired shape/size

Notes

Serve hot along with onion, tomato chutney
