South Indian Pancake
Ingredients
- 2 cup Wheat flour (atta)
- 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
- 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped (adjust to your spice level)
- 1 cup Sour Curd / தயிர் புளித்தது
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 1 pinch Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்
Instructions
- Mix wheat flour, onion, green chili, sour curd, salt, asafoetida into a batter
- Heat a pan/tawa
- Pour little batter to make pancakes of desired shape/size
Notes
Serve hot along with onion, tomato chutney
