Spaghetti Pasta Peperoncino
Ingredients
- 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
- 5 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Parsley leaves, Fresh - finely chopped
- 5 nos Pepperoncini Chili - chopped
- 50 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground, optional
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add pepperoncini chilies, garlic and fry, until garlic turns golden brown
- Add parsley and switch off the flame
- Add ¼ cup of pasta water and mix well
- Heat the sauce
- Mix the pasta with sauce
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve hot
