Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 5 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Parsley leaves, Fresh - finely chopped
  • 5 nos Pepperoncini Chili - chopped
  • 50 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground, optional
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add pepperoncini chilies, garlic and fry, until garlic turns golden brown
  • Add parsley and switch off the flame
  • Add ¼ cup of pasta water and mix well
  • Heat the sauce
  • Mix the pasta with sauce
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Serve hot
