Sunomono Kyuri Salad
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 nos Japanese Cucumber - thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
- ¼ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- ¼ tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame seed, Black / எள்ளு, கருப்பு - white
- 2 tbsp Seaweed - long thin, optional
Instructions
- Sprinkle with salt, mix well, wait 5~10 minutes
- Squeeze the cucumbers to remove water
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce until dissolved, then add to cucumbers, seaweed
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
