Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Paneer - cut into 1inch cubes
  • inch Ginger / இஞ்சி
  • 2 – 3 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய்
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 3 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
  • ¾ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • ¼ tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • 1 nos Capsicum / குடை மிளகாய் - cut into fine rings
  • 2 – 3 drop Food color
  • 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice / எலுமிச்சை சாறு

Instructions
 

  • Grind garlic, ginger, jeera and green chilies in to a fine paste
  • Add salt, chili powder and lemon juice to the paste and add orange colour
  • Apply ¾ of this paste nicely on all the sides of the paneer pieces and keep the left over paste aside
  • At the time of serving keep this paneer in a greased dish and grill for 10 minutes till it is dry and crisp. Or you can leave the panner for 1 hour till dry
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion and capsicum rings for few minutes
  • Add the left over paste and few drops of lemon juice. Add salt. Add the paneer pieces. Sprinkle tandoori masala and mix it well
  • Serve it immediately
