Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி
  • 4 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - adjust to your spice level
  • cup Curd / தயிர்
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

for Tempering

  • 2 tsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed / கடுகு
  • 1 tsp Urad Dhal / உளுத்தம் பருப்பு
  • 1 tsp Chana Dhal / கடலைப் பருப்பு
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்

Instructions
 

  • Grind tomato, green chilli nicely
  • Add curd, salt, asafoetida and mix well
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Temper mustard and allow it to crackle
  • Add channa dhal, urad dhal, curry leaves and fry well
  • Garnish into the chutney along with coriander leaves
  • Serve with dosa, idli, ven pongal, vada
