Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vegetables - onecut into pieces (Carrot, Beans , Cabbage , Any leafy vegetable)
  • ½ nos Onion / வெங்காயம்
  • ½ inch piece Ginger / இஞ்சி
  • 1 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - crushed
  • ½ cup Moong Dhal / பயத்தம் பருப்பு - Cheru payaru
  • ½ cup Milk / பால்
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powder
  • 2 tsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Cook the vegetables, onion, ginger, garlic and dal in a pressure cooker with 3 cups of water, for 10 minutes in low fire.
  • Drain it well by taking out the entire juice out of the vegetables, into a pan.
  • Add milk and one cup of water.
  • Bring to boil again for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper powder and butter to taste.
