Zucchini Pasta with Chili, Garlic & Parmesan
Ingredients
- 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
- 5 nos Zucchini - grated
- 10 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
- 5 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய் - chopped
- ½ cup Cheese - grated
- 1 tsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்
- 1 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Melt the teaspoon of butter in a large frying pan
- Add the garlic and fry, do not make it brown
- Cook for a couple of minutes and then add the chili and zucchini
- Leave to cook for 10~15mins, stir occasionally
- Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese
- Plate up the pasta and serve with the zucchini mixture on top
