Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Tender Jackfruit - grated
  • ½ nos Coconut / தேங்காய் - grated
  • 1 inch Ginger / இஞ்சி
  • 3 – 4 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய்
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed / கடுகு
  • 1 tsp Urad Dhal / உளுத்தம் பருப்பு
  • 1 tsp Chana Dhal / கடலைப் பருப்பு
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil / தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut oil in a pan
  • Temper mustard, urad dhal, chana dhal, fresh curry leaves in it and fry until golden brown
  • Add grated tender raw jackfruit, turmeric powder, salt, mix well and cook until tender
  • Grind coconut, ginger, green chilli well and mix it with above and cook for few minutes
  • Serve hot with sambar rice
