Instructions
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Temper mustard, urad dhal, chana dhal, fresh curry leaves in it and fry until golden brown
Add grated tender raw jackfruit, turmeric powder, salt, mix well and cook until tender
Grind coconut, ginger, green chilli well and mix it with above and cook for few minutes
Serve hot with sambar rice
