Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat Rava
  • ½ cup Curd / தயிர்
  • 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - grated
  • 2 tbsp Carrot / காரெட் - grated
  • 1 tbsp Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed / கடுகு
  • 10 nos Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு - broken
  • 1 tsp Chana Dhal / கடலைப் பருப்பு
  • 1 tsp Urad Dhal / உளுத்தம் பருப்பு
  • 2 tsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice / எலுமிச்சை சாறு
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tbsp Coconut / தேங்காய் - grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Temper mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dhal, cashew nuts, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger to it
  • Fry them well
  • Add carrot, green peas, coconut and sauté well
  • Add rava and sauté well for couple of minutes
  • Add lemon juice, salt, curd to it and mix well into a idli bater consistency
  • Add eno fruit salt and pour immediately into idli mould
  • Steam for 8~10minutes
  • Serve hot with chutneys
