Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dhal, cashew nuts, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger to it
Fry them well
Add carrot, green peas, coconut and sauté well
Add rava and sauté well for couple of minutes
Add lemon juice, salt, curd to it and mix well into a idli bater consistency
Add eno fruit salt and pour immediately into idli mould
Steam for 8~10minutes
Serve hot with chutneys
