Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Paneer - cubes
  • 4 nos Tomato / தக்காளி
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - paste
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek leaves, Dry / வெந்தய இலை, உலர்ந்தது
  • ½ tsp Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு - paste
  • 50 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்
  • 40 gm Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 25 ml Mustard oil / கடுகு எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Boil tomatoes with water in a vessel
  • When the tomatoes are cooked, strain the water
  • Peel skin of tomato, puree and set aside
  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • Add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and cook for a few minutes
  • Add chili powder, salt, kasur methi leaves, cashew nut paste, butter, cream and stir on a medium till the contents thicken
  • Add paneer and cook for a few minutes
  • Serve hot with rotis
