Instructions
Boil tomatoes with water in a vessel
When the tomatoes are cooked, strain the water
Peel skin of tomato, puree and set aside
Heat oil in a frying pan
Add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and cook for a few minutes
Add chili powder, salt, kasur methi leaves, cashew nut paste, butter, cream and stir on a medium till the contents thicken
Add paneer and cook for a few minutes
Serve hot with rotis
