Zucchini Pasta with Chili, Garlic & Parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 5 nos Zucchini - grated
  • 10 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
  • 5 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய் - chopped
  • ½ cup Cheese - grated
  • 1 tsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Melt the teaspoon of butter in a large frying pan
  • Add the garlic and fry, do not make it brown
  • Cook for a couple of minutes and then add the chili and zucchini
  • Leave to cook for 10~15mins, stir occasionally
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese
  • Plate up the pasta and serve with the zucchini mixture on top
