Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Cauliflower - cut into florets
  • cup Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - chopped
  • 1 inch piece Ginger / இஞ்சி - chopped
  • 10 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • 1 ttsp Cumin powder / சீரகத் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி
  • 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 2 tbsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, ginger and sauté well
  • Add onion and sauté till transparent
  • Add tomato and cook till mushy
  • Allow it to cool, and grind to a fine paste
  • Add butter to the pan
  • Add cauliflower florets, cook until tender
  • Add green peas, add ½tsp of salt and cook until tender
  • Add the ground paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ½tsp of salt and mix well
  • Cook covered for 5min
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with rotis or parathas
